This 4 hour program focuses on setting career objectives and a development plan to ensure career advancement in the industry. Participants will be trained in the art of networking for career progression and will use specialist tools to analyse the skills they are able to bring to an organisation in a management related position.

Each participant will learn how to critically analyse their resume and then apply strategies to create a resume that drives career success. Furthermore, participants will be provided with guidelines for performing at interview and will practise formulating winning interview responses so they can be prepared for any interview situation.
